1 credit = 1 candidate assessed on 1 lab, whatever the lab (short or in-depth, same price). A combined path uses 1 credit per lab in the path: a screening followed by a Deep Assessment for the same candidate is 2 credits. So you never have to plan in advance how you will split your credits.
With Monthly capacity, your cap renews at the start of each month and whatever you did not use is not carried over: that is what makes the −20% price possible. With 12-month flexible credits, the bundle is valid for 12 months from purchase, with no monthly cap.
Yes. All prices shown are excl. VAT; the applicable VAT is added to the invoice. The price tier is set by the volume paid in each period: every credit in an order is billed at the unit price of the tier reached.
With Monthly capacity, you raise or lower your cap, or cancel for the following month, at any time. With flexible credits, you buy another bundle whenever you like; the tier is recalculated at each purchase. To move from Screening to Flex, or for a volume beyond the grid, a 30-min working session is all it takes: your remaining balance carries over into the new plan.
