SCALYZ – Individual Users Version (B2C)

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Scalyz platform by individual users (the “Talent”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, the Talent agrees to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

Financial conditions applicable to purchases are governed separately by the Talent General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM

Access to the platform requires the creation of a personal account.

The Talent agrees to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Not impersonate any third party

The Talent is responsible for all activity carried out under their account.

Scalyz may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms.

ARTICLE 3 – AUTHORIZED USE

The Scalyz platform is intended for:

Technical evaluation
Skill development
Skills validation

The Talent agrees to use the platform:

For personal purposes only
In good faith
Without interfering with the proper functioning of the service

Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 4 – ETHICAL CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY RULES

The Talent agrees to behave respectfully and in accordance with community standards.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent behavior
Abusive creation of multiple accounts
Circumvention of technical safeguards
Use of automated tools or scripts
Any attempt at reverse engineering

Scalyz reserves the right to withdraw benefits or credits in case of harmful or abusive behavior.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the platform, including but not limited to:

Technical laboratories
Scenarios
Methodology
Scoring systems
Algorithms
Pedagogical architecture

remain the exclusive property of Scalyz.

The Talent shall not:

Reproduce, extract, or copy any Labs
Distribute internal technical content
Modify or alter official evaluation reports
Remove the authenticity QR code
Remove the Scalyz watermark

Reports may be shared only in their original, complete, and unmodified form.

Any alteration invalidates the authenticity of the document.

ARTICLE 6 – REPORTS AND VALIDATION

Results generated by the platform:

Reflect technical evaluation at a specific point in time
Do not constitute an official certification issued by a public authority
Do not guarantee employment

The embedded QR code enables verification of report authenticity.

Scalyz reserves the right to confirm or deny the authenticity of a document upon request by a third party.

ARTICLE 7 – SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Scalyz endeavors to ensure continuous availability of the platform.

However, the Talent acknowledges that:

Service interruptions may occur
Maintenance operations may be necessary
Operation depends on third-party infrastructure

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is provided.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The platform is a decision-support tool.

Scalyz shall not be liable for:

Hiring decisions made by third parties
Rejection of job applications
Loss of professional opportunity
Interpretation of results by third parties

Scalyz’s liability shall be limited in accordance with applicable law.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy available at:

ARTICLE 10 – ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Scalyz may suspend or terminate an account in case of:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent behavior
Threats to platform security

Upon termination, access to the services is immediately revoked.

ARTICLE 11 – MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Scalyz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The version applicable is the one in force at the time of platform use.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.
