Technical hiring, on evidence

See what a candidate can actually solve, before you decide.

The candidate works on a mission taken from the job, in a real technical environment. You get one report per person, with the evidence underneath. The decision stays yours.

One debrief, evidence first.

Here is where that report comes from

Your applicants go in, they work on a real mission in a real machine, and scored reports come out. No screening calls in between.

Send one campaign

Pick the test and the deadline, then send it to your whole applicant list at once: by email, from a CSV, or as a link. Results come back on their own.

02

The candidate works, for real

Their own machine, a real mission from the job already loaded, the same tools as next Monday. On their own time, in English or French. Their work runs, or it does not.

03

Reports land while you work

Scoring runs against the mission you set, the moment a candidate finishes. Your shortlist builds as reports arrive. You read the work, you make the call.

Same five open roles. Two very different weeks.

Claire hires for a technical team: five roles open, one week. Here is her week with CVs and screening calls, then her week with one campaign.

Four questions before booking

Short answers on the test, the scoring and the price. The rest, we show you live.

What exactly does the candidate do?

They work in a real virtual machine on a real mission, not a quiz. The same tools as on the job. The session is recorded so you can review the evidence afterwards.

Who scores it?

The checks run automatically against what the candidate delivered, and you get a report skill by skill. Nobody on your team grades by hand, and nobody on our side decides for you.

What if they use AI?

Good engineers use it. A chatbot can suggest a command; it cannot run a live system for them. The mission has to work on the machine. When something looks off, the report flags it with the context, and you are the judge.

What does it cost?

One credit per candidate evaluated. The credit is reserved when the invitation is sent and released if it expires unanswered. No per-user licence, and credits never expire.

See it on one of your own roles

Bring a job post to the demo. In 30 minutes you see a real report for that role, how it was produced, and you leave with a first test ready to send.
