Frequently asked questions about Flex Credits
Does a Deep Assessment cost more than a screening?
No. 1 credit = 1 candidate assessed on 1 lab, whatever the lab, short or in-depth: same price. A combined path uses 1 credit per lab: a screening followed by a Deep Assessment for the same candidate is 2 credits.
What does a credit cover?
1 credit = 1 candidate assessed on 1 lab, whatever the lab. A combined path uses 1 credit per lab in the path. A candidate who does not finish their assessment uses the credit of the accepted invitation; an invitation that is never opened uses nothing.
When do my credits expire?
With Monthly capacity, your cap is renewed at the start of each month and whatever you did not use does not roll over: that is what makes the −20% price possible. With 12-month flexible credits, the batch is valid for 12 months from purchase, with no monthly cap.
What if I go over my cap during the month?
You add a pack of extra credits at the tier's reference price, without changing your subscription. If it keeps happening, raise your cap for the next month: the higher tier lowers the unit price.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All prices shown are excluding VAT; VAT at the applicable rate is added to the invoice. The tier is worked out on the volume paid each period: every credit in an order is billed at the unit price of the tier reached.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly capacity can be cancelled at any time for the following month; flexible credits are a one-off purchase. A 12-month commitment only exists in an offer built with our sales team, and it comes with better terms.
